Line Dancing
Line dancing is a choreographed dance form where participants perform synchronized steps and movements in rows or lines, typically without partners, following a set sequence that repeats throughout the song. Popular in country-western venues and social gatherings, it features accessible step patterns that allow dancers of all skill levels to participate together, creating a fun, community-oriented dance experience.
See a beginner demo HERE, and a level 2 demo HERE. See one of our favourite intermediate line dances HERE.

Swing
The East Coast Swing is an energetic, upbeat dance performed to swing music with a basic triple-step, triple-step, rock-step pattern that creates a bouncy, rhythmic movement. Developed in the 1940s as a simplified version of the Lindy Hop, it features playful spins, turns, and kicks that make it one of the most fun and accessible social dances for beginners.
Singles and couples are welcome in all of our classes. See a sample from our beginner class HERE and a sample from our level two class HERE.
